The Development Zone shown within the submitted HPZ package is incorrect. Refer to the definition of "Development Zone" within UDC 11.4.5. Include a design narrative with your HPZ package. The design narrative shall explain how the proposed construction is compatible with contributing properties within the Development Zone.
