Special Districts Application Completeness REQUIRES RESUBMIT The submitted HPZ application requires corrections before Fort Lowell Historic Zone Advisory Board (FLHZAB) re-review. Based on the motion approved August 22, 2023, clarification is needed relating to the locations of the rounded edges of the proposed stucco treatment, and whether the south elevation window is operable or not. Keynote 5 on the south elevation also states that this window will match the existing steel casement window; however, there is no existing window at this location. Show the required motor vehicle parking in the rear of the property as well. Additionally, indicate the roofing materials of the proposed shed.

Please note that the FLHZAB did not review the proposed wall denoted as Keynote 9 on the south elevation. The submitted application also should not include examples of architectural features not found within the development zone. The development zone also extends to Craycroft Road based on the definition of "Development Zone" within UDC Section 11.4.5.
