8) Development Zone map, labeled with property addresses and keyed on the color photographs, as specified on Page 4 of the Special Districts Application Instructions;
9) Labeled color photographs of properties , as precedent examples, within the Development Zone map, keyed with the Development Zone map;
10) The home on site is contributing to the Jefferson Park National Register Historic District. Include the Arizona Historic Property Inventory Form, which can be found here: https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/preservation/inventoryforms/JP-356.pdf; and
11) Cut sheets and/or photographs of the type, color, and texture of proposed materials.
