1. Are you proposing a new walkway from sidewalk to front entrance? There is blue writing of 25' and 8' on page 1. If yes, need to show on proposed site plan.
2. Page 1, Site Plan Keynotes states that new fencing will be put in place at front, sides, and rear. Need elevation drawings (on its own architectural sheet) accurately depicting the height and material of the fencing at the front including the gate. Need to show elevation of sides and rear 6' corrugated metal including the driveway gate. Both need to state the color of the fencing, gate, and sliding driveway gate that is proposed.
3. Remove plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans that are on pages 4-6.
4. Remove sheets, E1.0, P1.0, P1.1, M1.0, M1.1, S1.0, S2.0, and S3.1 from architectural set.
5. Sheets A2.0 and A2.1, the wall legends do not match the plans. Revise to accurately depict existing walls and walls to be demolished.
