Special Districts Application Completeness | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | The changes requested by the Design Professional require a resubmittal to building permit T22CM07951, zoning and building review will be needed to ensure all plot plan and building plan issues identified in Design review have been correctly addressed. The plot plan does not illustrate the calculated lot coverage area. Vehicle use area must be identified on the plot plan. The building dimensions on the plot plan, when totaled up, do not equal the lot coverage given on the lot calculations. The lot coverage based on plot plan dimensions is 3047 square feet, giving a RFAR of .26 and total lot coverage of 42%. The roof plan page from a previous submittal is missing in the latest submittal is attached, but still shows the west side of the building with a hipped roof, while the elevation drawings show a gabled roof. Street view imagery shows the gabled roof - plans must be revised to consistently demonstrate scope of work. There are still missing pages in the NPZ submittal that were in the submitted plans for the building permit. The NPZ submittal must be *exactly* the same plans submitted for the building permit. This includes electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plan pages. The NPZ submittal should only be made once every identified issue with the building submittal has been resolved except for NPZ review.
