Historic Standard REVIEW COMPLETED APHZAB and PRS conducted a minor onsite review and recommended approval of the proposed roofing materials per submitted plans and as presented during review. PDSD Director's Decision Notice is pending to be issued. Once issued that will complete the HPZ process. Historic minor review fees are paid. The applicant may proceed to permitting with approved decision notice. No further HPZ review required. Please upload the DL to your primary permit # , along with your most recent Development Package/Design Package materials. You will be instructed further if permit issuance is contingent on meeting any additional requirements.
