Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a review by PRS for a contributing adobe structure as a continued case from the garage review . HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Here are the next steps. 1) Please pay review fees and inform staff.2) Please, you mention work done by 3 adobe specialists at 926 N Anita, provide some photos of that building rehabilitation by these specialists.3) Please in addition to the photos, provide details drawings on the elevations (existing and proposed) N,W,E and S. 4) On pages 10,11 and 12 you provided photos of existing site conditions, please provide a brief description/detail of what the photos are showing.

Once application id deemed complete with payment, staff will schedule the review by PRS. PRS will provide recommendations. PDSD Director will issue a final decision on both the garage and the adobe. Applicant will use the decision to proceed to permitting.
