The site plan should show existing and proposed conditions. Provide existing and proposed elevations for all four sides of the building. If the roof will be altered, provide existing and proposed roof plan. Provide a window schedule that includes information about the operation, style, material, and dimensions of any new proposed windows; provide evidence of need to replace windows (e.g. photographs). Note stucco texture of proposed area to be restored/reconstructed (e.g. texture to match rest of building). Will there be any new utilities, AC units, etc? If so, show on plans/elevations. The Development Zone should be tailored to the subject parcel. Photographs of existing conditions should show all four facades of the subject building as well as building details, and a context photo. Remove photos, renderings, elevations, etc. for other buildings. It is okay to include information that references the larger project, but this Design Package should generally be tailored to the project at 415 S 6th Av. | |||
