On page 2 of this document under Minor review in the table are all the items that you will need for the historic minor review. Once you have them assembled, you will need to submit them under the Historic sub record which I have opened under the SD-0125-00009. I am also attaching a flow chart that should help you understand the process. Additionally, 1) Provide a colored photo of existing building showing current state of the roof. 2) Provide a sample of proposed shingles or materials from the brochure of the manufacturer 3) Pay the review fees that has been invoiced.
