| Design Review | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Please clearly state in the Design Package's Project Statement and Elevation drawings the actual proposed exterior changes for this project at this time, in addition to the asbestos abatement. Currently the Project Statement (PDF Pages 6-10) indicates "exterior restoration", and the construction of the ADAP ramp at the main entrance. However, the Elevations drawings indicate "no visual changes to the building exterior". Also, on the Elevations, please indicate if colors will be maintained, and if not, indicate the color(s) to be used, and indicate that the existing outdoor metal lighting fixtures will be maintained and fixed to be operational. | Historic | REVIEW COMPLETED | A minor review was completes on 2/13/25 for stucco and lighting. The recommendations were: Stucco Issue: Given that the 1970 +/- existing Tufftex is peeling from the existing original stucco, need for the material be removed and the original stucco be restored with a smooth finish. The stucco repair is also for asbestos and lead repairs. Existing Lamps: Existing metal lamps located at the front entry and side entrances do not work.
