Special Districts Application Completeness Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT
Historic REVIEW COMPLETED Historic minor review for stucco repair only was conducted on 2/13 with Staff, PRS,DP and applicant. Two issues:
1) Stucco: 1970 +/- The existing Tufftex is peeling from the existing original stucco.
Architect is requesting the material be removed and the original stucco be restored with a smooth finish.
After a quick observation of the current stucco condition, the team present decided that the existing Tufftex stucco finish material should be removed.
Design Professional approves this request.
2)Existing Lamps:
Existing metal lamps located at the front entry and side entrances do not work.
Architect requested that this lamp be replaced with a new light fixture
After a brief discussion with the team present, the lamps were declared to be a character defining feature and needed to be left on the building.
Design Professional agrees with the above decision to keep the existing lamps in its current location.
These review comments are limited to these two exterior items only. Any other exterior modifications will require historic PRS review.
