This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 8.3.1. LAND SPLIT 2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS The drawing showing the proposed land split shall include the following: This comment was not addressed. As you are removing property from 107-06-062K and based on aerial photos it appears that you are removing vehicle parking a new Development Package is required for parcel 107-06-062K.
