This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 8.3.1. LAND SPLIT COMMENT: Per UDC section 6.6.2.B " An accessory building shall be built only on a lot occupied by a principal building or use" a Board of Adjustment for Variance is required. Board of Adjustment requirements and application can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/codes/Zoning_Administration_Application_BA_fillable.pdf.
