1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.B – Parcel A legal description line 6 states “Thence S 89 17 34 W” while on the survey it show a bearing of 89 17 36 please clarify.

2. COMMENT: Show everything on site for 135 N TYNDALL, Provide permit documentation for the shed.

3.COMMENT: Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf, for both the proposed Parcel B and combined Parcel A and 135 N Tyndall
