Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S22-054, the development plan of a final plat for Shiner Armory Park at 275 E 18th Street. This development is located in the N.W. corner of the S.E. quarter of Section 13, Township 14S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 117-07-297A and 117-07-3000, covers approximately 0.42 ± acres, and is zoned as Historic Residence Zone 3 (HR-3). The nearest major roadway intersection is South 4 th Ave and East 18th Street, approximately 50 feet to the southeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and has no additional comments to provide.
