CDRC Post Review Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Submit a copy of the approved and stamped drawings to the Pima County Recorder's office to record the legal descriptions and survey. You should receive a receipt for the recordation and the warranty deeds for the parcels.
2. Submit a copy of the warranty deeds to Pima County Addressing so that the office can ensure the property addresses and parcel numbers are correct. You should receive a receipt or document showing the new or existing addresses on new parcels.
3. Submit the following documents for your land division into the TDC Online portal:
A. Warranty Deeds (from Recorder's Office) with affixed label showing date it was recorded and the Sequence number
B. Receipt or document (from Addressing) showing the new address(es)

External Reviewers - Pima County Wastewater (RWRD) REVIEW COMPLETED The applicant is responsible for obtaining review and approval by Pima County for projects involving RWRD sewers, on-site wastewater treatment facilities and public water systems. The applicant must provide an Approval letter from RWRD prior to PDSD finalizing your permit. A condition will be added to the permit and will not be removed until this request has been satisfied.
