1. The intent of this lot split is unclear. Please submit a simple written narrative explaining what lot is to be split and why, and how the proposed lot split is to affect the surrounding lots.

2. The following comments apply to the drawing shown in the submitted .pdf file named 12066 PATCH 6 LLA-Model . . .

3. This drawing is largely incomprehensible, as the existing lot lines have been shown in exactly the same manner as the proposed lot lines and the foot print of the existing building on “APN 117-14-177”. Please revise the drawing, using different linetypes and weights for the existing and proposed lot lines, and the building outline.

4. Parcel C has been labeled “APN 117-14-177” which is an incomplete APN number. Please provide the full APN number for the existing lot.

5. No APN has been shown for Parcel A. Please provide the full APN number for the existing lot

6. The initial starting point for the survey information has been shown as the “northeast corner of Block 177, City of Tucson”. Please tie the point identified as the “northeast corner of Block 177, City of Tucson” to a found survey monument.

7. The scale for the main drawing indicates it was drawn at 1”=10’, but the dimensions shown on the drawings do not verify it has not been drawn to this scale. Please revise either the scale or the drawings as necessary to accurately reflect the scale of the drawing.

8. No monument type or identifying information has been shown for the survey monuments shown on this drawing. Please show the monument type and any identifying markings on all found and set survey monuments.
