2-08.3.0 APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
1. COMMENT: 2-08.3.7 –
Revise survey it accurately describes the point of beginning. Although the parcel descriptions attached to the survey accurately describe the point of beginning, the survey is missing the distance and bearing information for said point.


2. This comment was not addressed. Provide documentation that the Department of Transportation has accepted the dust control method. Please reach out to Gregory Orsini @ Gregory.orsini@tucsonaz.gov
COMMENT: 2-08.5.H – Demonstrate how legal access will be provided to both parcels. If alley access is proposed demonstrate how the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6.K.2 are met.
