Tucson Water will not release that portion of the existing water easement recorded at Seq. No. 20193030327 that lies along the north side of the property, as all new public water mains must be centered within new water easements that are a minimum of 15’ wide. Revise the label for this existing easement so that it does not indicate it will be released per separate instrument. 2. The final plat shows a label referencing existing water easements recorded at DKT 1536, PG 312. I have been unable to find any record of any existing water easement recorded at DKT 1536, PG 312 on the Pima County Recorders website. Please provide a copy of the recorded easement with the next submittal and/or revise the label as necessary. 3. The final plat does not show the new water easements needed for those new water mains that will serve Buildings 6, 9 10 & 11, or those new water lines that will serve Buildings 1, 2, 4, 5 & 8. Revise as necessary. 4. Subdivision Plat No. S22-024 has been shown near the Title Block on each sheet. My records indicate the correct subdivision plat number for this project is S02-030.
