SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT

2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Any property whose boundaries are fixed by a recorded plat, which is divided into more than two parts. To divide this parcel into two will require a block plat. The land split as depicted on the plans and legal descriptions show the creation of 3 parcel which exceeds the allowed 2 as stated above. A Minor Subdivision, meeting the requirements of AM 2-07, will be required to create the proposed three (3) parcels.
