11/07/2022 Zoning Administration REQUIRES RESUBMIT The property owners have already constructed the solid waste container enclosure. Aerial and street view photographs show the container outside the enclosure. Engineering recommends not approving the TSMR as proposed.

We are willing to approve an alternative in accordance with the technical standards for an angled approach (TSM 8-01.9.0 Figure 1). This will require a new enclosure and a paved approach. The new enclosure will need to meet the TS.
