The proposed plans involve removal of an existing pergola on the north side of the building and improvements to the patio area. Based on historic aerials, the pergola was present in 1972 and may be original.

Staff has concerns about the removal/replacement/enlargement of the pergola. Plans do not provide adequate information on the date of the existing pergola and the design/material of the proposed pergola. Please provide more information on the pergola design/materials, flatwork and planters.
