| 10/31/2022 | Site Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Site will require centralized waste disposal or ES approval to use roll out bins per TSM 8-01.5.1 A. Sidewalls of the basins must be stabilized with dumped riprap, screened rock, or hydroseeding to comply with standards outlined in Table 4.1 in the CoT Retention Detention Manual. In the Retention section of the Drainage Report, specify how the minimum retention capacity of 577 cf is reached from Basin A's capacity of 306 cf and Basin C's capacity of 571 cf. Please label Basin A and Basin C in the site plan and show how Basin A will drain into Basin C as specified in the Detention Analysis section of the Drainage Report. Access lane in ADA parking needs to be designed at 1% slope and constructed with a 2% maximum slope. Show how water will be directed to basin A: grading indicated on drainage plan is not represented on the grading plan behind the units Show how water will be directed off roofs, as well as any scuppers/rip-rap that will be used once the water reaches the ground, as well as grading that will direct towards landscaping Revise/clarify grading on entryway to basin C: conflicting adjacent drainage arrows will most likely result in erroneous construction that does not properly drain water Clarify path water running off northeast parking lot: water is not allowed to cross over sidewalks, scuppers or other means of conveying water must be used All landscaping must be depressed 6-9”, detail 3 does not agree with this Clarify that basins will be for both retention and detention Note 2: Sidewalk must have 6” vertical curb Lianne Evans lianne.evans@tucsonaz.gov 520-837-5341 |
