Work has been done in the ROW without permits. They want to eliminate a bunch of landscaping. The solid waste container location doesn’t provide access with the proposed fence. Engineering doesn’t have objections to the reduced widths. This site is composed of at least 4 lots. The other lots operating as the same business have the same issues as those listed above.
