Identify location of this headwall treatment or remove. 5. Paving profiles on sheets 13 & 14 are illegible at the grade breaks. Please revise to eliminate overlapping text. 6. Provide a construction coordination plan related to the 3-36 RCP Culvert at STA 262+35.54 that is referred to as “Improvements (By Others)”.
