To whom it may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP22-0153, 3rd Submittal / Tentative Plat - Drexel Heights Subdivision, Lots 1 thru 10, and Common Area "A" (landscape, detention basin), a development plan for a new 10 lot duplex residential subdivision. This development is located in the N.W. quarter and N.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 12, Township 15S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 138-10-004A and 138-10-004B and, covers approximately 1.67 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence
Zone 2 (R-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Drexel Road and South Fontana Avenue, approximately 50 feet to the northeast of the subject development.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
