1. The Development Package cannot yet be approved until the building permit has been approved, including review of the proposed electrical changes for the existing billboard. The Billboard shall be reviewed for compliance with the Settlement Agreement specific to electrical changes within Exhibit 9, Section 2(X).

Building permit number T22CM04552 is still under review. Note that additional comments related to billboad power may be forthcoming, and additional permits may be required, depending upon responses provided.
