04/20/2023 | External Reviewers - Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Good Afternoon, ADOT has the following comments on this DP22-0038; ADOT provided correspondence to Rick Engineering on December 16, 2022, with the Off-Site Improvement requirements for the Development, attached. These comments appear to have been addressed in their Re-Submitted TIA Report from February 8, 2023. The Development Package 2023_02_16_V1 Plan Set contains One Plan Sheet (Sheet 49 of 49) that will need to be further developed/engineered for Submission to the ADOT Southcentral District Permits Office for review, comment, and ultimately approval. The Scope of Work appears to be correct. The Developer should be directed to apply for an ADOT Encroachment Permit and encouraged to set-up a meeting with the ADOT District office to discuss these Off-Site Improvements required as a result of the development. Additional ADOT Encroachment Permit information can be found on our website - https://azdot.gov/business/permits/encroachment-permits Thank you for the opportunity to review this item. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. |
