This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants and water harvesting. 1. All of the vegetation on this site has been obliterated, despite an approved NPPO. It requires replacement of all protected plans that are missing and a revised landscape plan. See UDC Penaties for Violation of Native Plant Preservation Standards10.4.5.B. 2. This comment still was not adequately addressed – The landscape shown on T21CM01383 has not yet been installed per plans. Please add T21CM01383 to the plans indicating to inspectors to look at that plan for the street landscape border. New calculations are required.
