The 60 day neighborhood meetings requirement of UDC Article 3.2.2.C.1.c has been exceeded. A new neighborhood meeting will need to be conducted prior to submittal of the FLD. 2. The submitted DP21-0356 has exceeded the requirements of UDC Article 3.3.3.G.5.c. DP21-0356 will be put into expired status and a new DP will need to be submitted.
