RE: Construction Documents Review, TC-COM-0123-00503 and TC-COM1122-00155
I have completed a Review of the Construction Documents for Ugly But Honest Pizza
submitted in November 2022 for the purpose of determining its conformance with the
Requirements of the IID. I have checked the submittal against the IID Design Requirements in
the UDC Article 5.12.
Submittal Requirements Status
1. The proposed building(s) shall respect the Complies
scale of those buildings located in the Development
Zone.
2. All new construction must be consistent N/A to this project
with the prevailing setback existing within its
development zone.
3. All new construction shall provide scale N/A to this project
defining architectural elements or details at the
first two floor levels.

03/06/2023 Signs REVIEW COMPLETED It should be noted that the Signs Division has received an application for a Singular Sign Design Option request to retain the detached sign for the new user, under case number TS-MSP0223-00004. It should be further noted that the SSDO case is separately reviewed from the approval of the Development Package and building plan set.
