This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting.

Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape/NPPO Section review comments have been addressed.

SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS:

1. The 10’ street landscape borders are required along W Drexel Rd and along S 12th Ave. Remove the revisions clouds and notes with regard to the removal of trees and vegetative groundcover.

2. The quantity of trees is not correct. The planting plan shows 21 proposed Mesquites, and the plant schedule calls out 8. Make sure all plants shown on the plan match the plant schedule.

3. Show the delta revision and description on all affected sheets in the plan set. IE: The placement of the new fence.

4. Wieding Rd is called out in place of Drexel Rd in the landscape border calculations. Update the calculation table to read Drexel Rd.
