Should amendments be required to the base plan through the review process, the same amendments will be made to the landscape plan which will then be resubmitted along with the base plan. 1. This comment still was not addressed - There are graphic conflicts on Notes 18,19, 26, 27, please revise. Additionally, the planting on the northwest and southwest corners is not readable because the symbols are too dense and conflict with text, please revise. 2. This comment still was not addressed - Notes #18 conflict with Note #19, please revise. Note #28 and #29 are not relevant, please remove. 3. This comment was still not adequately addressed - The street landscape border is within the right of way and must be approved by the CoT Transportation and Mobility Department. A right of way use permit is required. Contact david.marhefka@tucsonaz.gov, plans cannot be approved without the department’s consent.
