2. A PIA number must be provided for DP approval.
3. A Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) will be required for this project.
4. NOTE: 80 Ft minimum distance between ingress/ egress entrances off of a Collector/ Arterial street.
5. Garden Stone Dr tie-in to Wilmot Rd, must be constructed with 25’ radius-concrete header per P.A.G standard 213 and paved with City Mix No. 2.
6. An appropriate drainage structure is to be constructed also under the entrance just as is for the entrance to the C-Store just to the north.
