COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The accessory use was not added to General Note 3. Return the first part of General Note 3 to the original state, and add “HAZARDOUS MATERIAL STORAGE, SUBJECT TO USE SPECIFIC STANDARDS 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d” as a separate use. Also per UDC Article 4.9.10.B.1.b.(3) a screen wall, equal to the height of the tank, is required along the west side of the proposed tank. Per UDC Article 4.9.10.B.2.d the tank is limited to 10,000 gallons. A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required for the proposed 12,000 gallon tank. COMMENT: 2-06.4.7.A.4 – Add the proposed accessory use, “HAZARDOUS MATERIAL STORAGE, SUBJECT TO USE SPECIFIC STANDARDS 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d”, to General Note 3. Clearly demonstrate on the plan that all requirements of UDC Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d are met.
