To whom this may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP19-0308, the development plan for 22nd Street
Expo, a new waterline and restroom facility which is contained within an existing tent structure
at 993 S Freeway. This development is located in the S.E. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section
14, Township 14S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site
occupies parcel number 116-23-154D and 116-23-155B, covers approximately 2,500 ± sq ft,
and is zoned as Light Industrial Zone (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is S
Freeway and Interstate 10, approximately 300 feet to the southwest of the subject development.
This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and
public disclosure area and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
