Submitted plans are missing the required Lumen Calculations showing the new/replacement lights and existing lights meet the maximum lumen totals of Table 401.1. >>> Sheet EL210 has photometric data for the new/replacement lights. (Not required for the existing lights.) >>> Sheet E-701 has the luminaire schedule showing the new/replacement lights meet color temperature and shielding requirements. And provides lumen totals for each fixture, F, FE. >>> Only thing missing is updated Lumen Calculations as required. OLC 104.2.1 Lumen calculation on plans. There shall be documentation on the plans to demonstrate compliance with the lumen cap per Table 401.1, and which includes the following information: 1. Each exterior luminaire type with the lumens for that type, the quantity of each type and whether the luminaire is full cut-off or unshielded. 2. The total of full cut-off and unshielded lumens for the parcel. 3. A statement of the lighting area, the size of the permitted parcel, and the maximum allowed full cut-off and unshielded lumens. OLC 104.2 Permit submission requirements. The applicant for any permit required by any provision of the laws of this jurisdiction in connection with proposed work involving outdoor lighting fixtures shall submit (as part of the application for permit) evidence that the proposed work will comply with this code. |
