Commercial Plumbing REVIEW COMPLETED 1. Provide backflow protection for the potable water supply to the splash pad equipment enclosure. Reference: Section 608.1, IPC 2018.
2. The specified freeze-proof yard hydrant (Keynote 7, Utility Plan) utilizes a below-grade drain and is therefore unacceptable for potable water. Reference: Section 608.8, IPC 2018.
3. Revise keynote 15 on the Utility Plan, to call for the replacement of all piping in the existing restroom/concession building that had been used for non-potable water. Reference: Section 608.11, IPC 2018.
