TW New Development Review REVIEW COMPLETED CIP-1224-00037 - CIP - Dev Sit + Comm Structure - Initial v1 - 2700 E LA MADERA DR

The New Development Section has no developer financed projects in this area that may affect or be affected by this Capital Improvement Project.

The New Development Section has the following recommendations:
1. Label all the potable water pipes with the letters “PW” to more clearly differentiate them from the reclaimed water pipes which have been labeled with the letters “RW”. When there are two types of water lines on a site, extra care must be taken to prevent cross connections.
2. Label the existing potable water and reclaimed water pipes with the letters “EX” to clarify which pipes are existing and which are to constructed as part of this project.

No further reviews by Tucson Water’s New Development Section is required, as no construction of new public water mains, or relocation of existing public water mains by City Parks and Recreation is proposed as part of this project.
