Since these Transfer-Type Shower compartments do not have construction tolerance ranges, and must be 36”, the dimensioned plans are beneficial. 13. **NEW COMMENT** Please update Code Analysis to include the required separation of sleeping units or dwelling units of 1-Hour or 30 minutes with NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system. 14. **NEW COMMENT** Please amend plans to provide details and installation for penetrations in walls and floors with a reference indicating where to find information. To reduce the parking requirement, provide a City Manager Waiver in accordance with Section V of the Administrative Directive 1.07-6 with the formal Development Package submittal. 8. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.d – Provide a standard detail for the short-term bicycle parking that demonstrates compliance with UDC 7.4.8. Each required short-term bicycle parking space must be at least two feet by six feet, the bicycle rack must be at least two and one-half feet from a wall or other obstruction (UDC 7.4.8.B.2.f and g). Demonstrate the provided parking rack meets the minimum requirement for the number of short-term bicycle parking. 9.
