There are no existing facilities within the development.NO APPARENT CONFLICTS Further: 50' TEP Easement not shown on development plan. Bike paths/improvement within easement area. We would require information on any changes to grade such as berms, bike jumps, etc within our easement area. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans. This development is located in the S one-half of the S one-half of Section 22, Township 14S, Range 14E and the N.W of the quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 27, Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 130-14-0200 and 132-03-0010, covers approximately 54.4 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence 1 Zone (R-1) and Light Industrial Zone (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Alvernon Way and East 29th Street, approximately 1,225 feet to the northwest of the subject development. This site does lie within FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project and is not requiring a resubmittal of this project.
