| New Services/JOC | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Tucson Water has the following comments to clarify the proposed water services: Potable water — Sheets C502 and C504: Both sheets reference Construction Note 61, which calls for water meter installation by Tucson Water. C502 shows a 1-inch meter serving the new restroom near the basketball courts. C504 shows a 2-inch meter supplying the domestic water line continuing through C505 to the new restroom on C506. Please confirm whether these meters are proposed or existing and label them accordingly. For any existing meter to be reused, provide its meter number. Reclaimed water — Sheets I.100, I.101, and C512: Reclaimed Water Note 1 on I.100 identifies the irrigation supply as an existing reclaimed water meter south of the ball field complex. However, the Irrigation Key on I.101 identifies a new 6-inch reclaimed water meter, and C512 references Construction Note 61 for meter installation by Tucson Water. Please reconcile these references and confirm whether the project proposes a new meter or reuse of an existing meter. If existing, provide its meter number and clearly identify its location. Irrigation connection — Sheet I.100: The callout near the children’s play area identifies a new 2-inch connection to an existing 8-inch reclaimed irrigation mainline. Please identify the meter supplying that existing line and clarify whether this connection is downstream of that meter. |
