Comment: An index of sheets in the development package shall be provided on the first sheet. Sheet 36 is labeled sheet 28 in the lower right corner of the title block. In the Index of sheets, Sheet 38 title is labeled as 'Landscape Plan,' but the actual Sheet title is labeled 'Landscape Overview' in the lower right corner. Sheet 27 and 37 titles in the sheet index and title block do not match. Include Sheets 3, 13, and 24 through 26 in the index of sheets with their appropriate titles. Ensure all sheet titles in the index of sheets and corresponding title blocks are corrected to match on All sheets for consistency. 2. If the property is being rezoned, use those boundaries and classifications. The basis for this requirement is that some zoning requirements on a project are based on the zoning classification of adjacent property. Also, in some instances, each zone has to be taken into consideration on property that is split by two or more zoning classifications, as each may have different requirements. 22. Comment: Show future and existing sight visibility triangles. On a designated MS&R street, the sight visibility triangles are based on the MS&R cross-section. 23. Comment: Indicate if existing streets are public or private; provide street names, widths, curbs, sidewalks, and utility locations, all fully dimensioned. 24. Comment: Demonstrate compliance with UDC 7.4.6.H. (a minimum of two and one-half feet from the front of the parking space.) 25.
