1. Provide the complete splash pad construction documents.
2. Show or Note that all applicable electrical work shall comply with, Corrosive Environment – NEC 680.7, 680.14.
3. Provide Equipotential Bonding per 680.26. the splashpad shell, reinforcing steel, perimeter surfaces, metallic components, fixed metal parts, etc., shall be bonded per 680.26. REF sheet SP-0.01, Bondig & Grounding, note 6.
4. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2017 NEC 110.24.
5. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2017 NEC 110.10.

Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-
8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving
off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the
plans.

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: List the CIP case number adjacent to the title block on each sheet.

2. Comment: Ensure accessible route to all ADA accessible areas. Ensure splash-pad surface does not exceed 2% slope in any direction. Ensure existing hardscape around new picnic tables does not exceed 2% slope in any direction.

3. Comment: List the applicable use setbacks, height, lot coverage calculations found in UDC Table 6.3-2.A: Dimensional Standards. See Parks and Recreation Exceptions found in UDC Table 6.3-2.B: Exceptions.

4. Comment: A legend that shows and describes all symbols used on the drawing is to be provided, preferably on the first sheet.

5. Comment: Place the associated annexation case number, C9-60-39, in the lower right corner of each sheet.

6. Demonstrate any new parking area complies with UDC 7.4.6, Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria.

8. Comment: Provide a parking detail for ADA van accessible, ADA standard accessible and a standard parking space. Please ensure the width of the ADA parking space access aisle is dimensioned. Additionally, provide a detail drawing of the ADA parking signage including dimensions.

9. Comment: Provide a bicycle parking calculation in accordance with UDC 7.4.8-1. In the parking calculation demonstrate the existing and proposed development has sufficient parking by including the total required and the total provided. Demonstrate any new bicycle parking design complies with UDC 7.4.9, Bicycle parking design criteria.

10. Comment: List the Floor area for each building.

11. Comment: Identify major streets and regional watercourses within the square mile area and all streets that abut the subject property.

12. Comment: Drainage Notes - List the following notes on all plans/plats:

15. Comment: The following information regarding existing private or public right-of-way adjacent to or within the site shall be provided: the name, right-of-way width, recordation data, type and dimensioned width of paving, curbs, curb cuts, and sidewalks.

16. Comment: All existing zoning classifications on and adjacent to the project (including across any adjacent right-of-way) shall be indicated on the drawing with zoning boundaries clearly defined. If the property is being rezoned, use those boundaries and classifications. The basis for this requirement is that some zoning requirements on a project are based on the zoning classification of adjacent property. Also, in some instances, each zone has to be taken into consideration on property that is split by two or more zoning classifications, as each may have different requirements.

17. Comment: Indicate if existing streets are public or private; provide street names, widths, curbs, sidewalks, and utility locations, all fully dimensioned.

18. Comment: All applicable building setback lines, such as erosion hazard, floodplain detention/retention basins, and zoning, including sight visibility triangles, will be shown.

19. Comment: Provide the square footage and the height of each commercial, industrial, or business structure and the specific use proposed within the footprint of the building(s).

Include the height of all structures within the structure’s footprints.

20. Comment: Provide site boundary/subdivision perimeter information, including bearing in degrees, minutes, and seconds, with basis for bearing noted, together with distances in feet, to hundredths of a foot, or other functional reference system.

21. Comment: Draw, label, and dimension all applicable building setback lines, future right-of-way building setback lines and setback lines such as erosion hazard, floodplain detention/retention basins, and zoning, including sight visibility triangles, will be shown.
