This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov COMMENTS: I stopped reviewing these drawings after I found the third unaddressed comment. Please note, McGann did not respond to building safety review comments. 1. *PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED* : Sheet D101 -, under ‘Relocation/Modification’ I cannot find Item #5 “Existing Retaining Wall to be modified for SplashPad Plumbing. 2. *PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED* On Sheet SD-101 #19 – is the shade canopy on this permit or by separate permit? If on this permit we will need cut sheets and engineered drawings 3. *PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED* Sheet LG101 – show concrete pad under pool equipment – not dg. |
