1. PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED: Label the use, square footage and height of any proposed buildings (i.e. the restrooms) in the footprint of the building. Also include an elevation drawing with the height dimensioned.

2. PREVIOUS COMMENT NOT ADDRESSED: The proposed development appears to be an expansion of a legal nonconforming use as the use existed at the time of annexation into the City of Tucson. The proposal includes a new playground in the I-1 zone which is not permitted as Parks and Recreation is not permitted use in the I-1 zone unless the expansion complies with UDC 9.2.2. Apply for a Zoning Compliance Letter requesting a nonconforming status letter through the Tucson Development Center.
