2. Prefabricated Restroom Facility
a. Provide a complete set of drawings such as wall details, cross sectional drawings, roof details, foundation details, etc.
3. Provide structural calculations and detail drawings of the shade structure.
4. Ensure the following are complied to.
a. Lavatories installed in all buildings shall be provided with automatic faucets dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallon per metering cycle. Additionally, they should run for a minimum of 10 seconds. IPC as amended 419.6, ICC A117.1 606.4 2. Amend plans to specify tempered water for lavatories in public toilet facilities with Tempered water shall be delivered from lavatories and group wash fixtures located in public toilet facilities provided for customers, patrons and visitors. Tempered water shall be delivered through an approved water-temperature limiting device that conforms to ASSE 1070/ASME A112.1070/CSA B125.70 or CSA B125.3.

1. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan. Provide photometric data.
2. List the Lighting Area per OLC chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1.
3. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
4. Fixtures installed under canopies and overhangs. Outdoor lighting fixtures shall not be counted in determining the total light output when they are full cutoff light fixtures installed under canopies, building overhangs, or roof eaves, OLC 401.2.1(3).
5. Provide recreation outdoor lighting plan per OLC chapter 6, Illumination of Recreational Facilities. Provide specification sheets for the recreational field lighting fixtures. Where full cut-off fixtures are not utilized, acceptable luminaries shall include those that comply with parts 1 & 2 of OLC 601.2.

1. COMMENT: Label the use, square footage and height of any proposed buildings (i.e. the restrooms) in the footprint of the building. Also include an elevation drawing with the height dimensioned.
2. COMMENT: Provide a vehicular parking calculation in accordance with UDC 7.4.4-1. In the parking calculation demonstrate the existing and proposed development has sufficient parking by including the total required and the total provided. Basketball courts trigger 5 parking spaces per court and 15 parking spaces per athletic field. Demonstrate any new parking area complies with UDC 7.4.6, Motor Vehicle Use Area Design Criteria.
3. COMMENT: Provide a parking detail for ADA van accessible, ADA standard accessible and a standard parking space. Please ensure the width of the ADA parking space access aisle is dimensioned. Additionally, provide a detail drawing of the ADA parking signage including dimensions.
4. COMMENT: Provide a bicycle parking calculation in accordance with UDC 7.4.8-1. In the parking calculation demonstrate the existing and proposed development has sufficient parking by including the total required and the total provided. Basketball courts trigger 0.25 short term spaces per court with a minimum of 2 spaces and 2 short term spaces per athletic field. Demonstrate any new bicycle parking complies with UDC 7.4.9, Bicycle Parking Design Criteria.
5. COMMENT: The proposed development appears to be an expansion of a legal nonconforming use as the use existed at the time of annexation into the City of Tucson. The proposal includes a new playground in the I-1 zone which is not permitted as Parks and Recreation is not permitted use in the I-1 zone unless the expansion complies with UDC 9.2.2. Apply for a Zoning Compliance Letter requesting a nonconforming status letter through the Tucson Development Center.
