Site Landscape REVIEW COMPLETED PER COMMENT PROVIDED DURING A PRE APPLICATION MEETING (TP-PRE-0125-00017), FEBRUARY OF 2025, I STATED THE FOLLOWING.

1. Provide protective fencing at the drip line of the existing trees to the west of the new 571 SF addition. This will protect the tree roots from being compacted which could damage or kill the tree.

2. If the Mesquites are going to be removed due to this remodel, then please provide a NPPO or a NPPO Waiver with your next submittal. Mitigation for the two Mesquites may be required per the NPPO.

Thank you.

TW Planning and Engineering Review REVIEW COMPLETED On sheet 6 of 7, Ref Note 7 states to protect the existing fire service is to be protected. Ref Note 18 states to "realign" to avoid conflict. Which note would be correct? If the fire service is to be realigned it would be problematic as there is no valve in place to turn off the fire service. A new design would have to reflect additional valves to meet SD-500 sheet 4. ***UPDATE*** Emailed G. Vega (Dibble). Engineer will field fit pad around existing Fire Service water line and change plan accordingly. Changing Status to "Review Completed"
