1. UDC:
A) No signs are shown proposed within the package for EV parking stations and equipment. The following is for information, as it is common for such stations to have incidental signage for safety and operations use.
B) Incidental signs do not count toward allowed sign area. Such signs are under 12 square feet in size and can be detached from or attached to a building. Such signs typically are informational in purpose (i.e. office location) and meant for on site users. Such signs may be reflective in nature. When detached, position them a minimum of 5 feet from fire hydrants 18 inches from parking spaces and 2 feet from access drives. If illuminated, such signs require permits regardless of size.

Site Zoning REVIEW COMPLETED Per Nicholas Ross, the proposed electric vehicle charging stations and equipment do not necessitate submittal of a separate development package. All proposed improvements are located in non-public areas and do not reconfigure any areas outside a building.
Storm to Shade Review REVIEW COMPLETED S2S team has reviewed the site and determined that further review is not required.
