Historic REQUIRES RESUBMIT Site not in an archeological-sensitive zone, not zoned HPZ, and no historic-designated structures on-site. However, because project is using federal funds, and the property is over 50 years of age, please submit the following:
1. A Cultural Resources Survey report, to understand if any tupe of archeological review may be needed;
2. A statement of work, and a general description of the architecture, which would include changes that have already been made to the property (i.e. historic windows that have been replaced). Once received, Historic Preservation staff will send with a consultation letter to SHPO for their signature approving the finding of no effect, if applicable. Once determination from SHPO is received, then, HCD can send it to the funding agency and proposed improvements can take place; and
3. On Sheet S2.0, Foundation Plan, please add to Keynote 7 related to the southeast CMU wall: "EXTEND EXISTING LOW SITE WALL TO NEW CMU WALL - RED BRICK AND MORTAR COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING - USE SALVAGED BRICK IF POSSIBLE."

Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed and has no objection to plat submitted September 20th, 2024. Costs for removing or relocating existing TEP facilities will be billable to the developer.



Please call the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300 to apply for service for new development. Submit a final set of approved plans, including electrical load and offsite improvement plans to determine how TEP will serve this development. If easements are required for new TEP facilities, they will be obtained by separate instrument.
